User Experience and the Psychology of Design: Bringing the science into business.
Rita is a commended and high achieving Consultant in the People and Talent space. She enjoys working with organisations to better their culture and employee experience, in order to align with the strategic direction of the firm. During her time as a Consultant in Accenture, Rita worked with her clients to inject Innovation, Collaboration, and other core principles as suitable. Making use of her Organisational Psychology background, Rita creates interventions that kick-start new habits and behaviours in the workplace, whilst keeping employees both energised and engaged.
Rita’s greatest asset is her ability to facilitate and present to her audience in an insightful manner. She has worked at the London Innovation Centre as a Workshop Designer, where she organised and supported in the facilitation of a number of workshops for C-suite clients, looking at how to address their biggest challenges linked to Talent, Culture and Diversity. Rita is particularly interested in the topic of Diversity and Inclusion and completed a dissertation specifically on Women’s leadership Aspirations in the workplace, and how it can be impacted by organisational Culture and other phenomena (i.e. stereotype threat, Implicit Bias etc).
